Catholicism
What
comes to your mind when you hear that word? Do you feel
joy? Pity? Anger? A peace? Sorrow? Happiness? I for
one feel contentment knowing I have found the truth,
Gods 1 true Church. that was founded by Jesus himself
2,000 years ago (This is not saying I do not believe
no one else outside the Church is saved, or that only
the Catholics are saved, This is not Church teaching,
and not our belief)
I
was raised Catholic but it was not till 6 years ago
that my real journey began, when I had a reawakening
in my soul, thanks to the Mercy of God. Since I was
already baptized in the Catholic Church those gifts
inside of me have always there, just waiting to be awaken.
6 years ago God removed the fish scales from my eyes
just like Tobias (in the bible) and I was (and still
am) Confirmed, and now I am so aware to my faults (though
I wish I was MORE aware!) and I know what I need to
do to get to heaven. First thing is be the best mother
and wife to my family that I can. This is my #1 vocation
that God has given.
